All services are by appointment only.

Please arrive on time for your scheduled session. Late arrivals may result in shortened session time in order to respect other scheduled appointments.

Appointments are reserved specifically for you and your scheduled time.

A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling requests.

One courtesy rescheduling attempt may be offered based on availability. After that, clients are responsible for managing and booking future appointments.

Mahopac Wellness does not provide ongoing appointment follow-up or appointment chasing for missed or canceled appointments.

Appointments missed without communication (no-call/no-show) are considered forfeited and are not eligible for refund or rescheduling.

Repeated missed appointments, last-minute cancellations, or ongoing scheduling issues may limit future booking availability.

All services, sessions, workshops, event tickets, digital products, and custom experiences are non-refundable unless canceled directly by Mahopac Wellness.

If sufficient notice is provided, eligible appointments may receive a one-time rescheduling opportunity based on availability.

Digital products, downloadable materials, classes, and online content are non-refundable once access has been granted.

Gift certificates, promotional offers, and special pricing packages are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash.

Tickets for workshops, sound baths, classes, wellness events, and special experiences are non-refundable.

If you cannot attend an event, ticket transfers may be permitted with advance notice prior to the event start time.

Mahopac Wellness reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel events due to weather, emergencies, venue issues, low attendance, or unforeseen circumstances. If an event is canceled by Mahopac Wellness, a transfer or credit option may be offered.

Participation in all events and experiences is voluntary. Guests are responsible for honoring their own physical limitations, comfort levels, and personal well-being during participation.

Vendor fees are non-refundable. Payment secures your vendor space and contributes toward venue rental, marketing, staffing, planning, and overall event expenses.

If a vendor cannot attend, payment may be transferred as a credit toward a future event within 12 months when advance notice is provided.

Vendors who no-call/no-show without communication forfeit future credit eligibility.

Mahopac Wellness reserves the right to decline vendor participation that does not align with the quality, professionalism, or focus of an event.

Services offered through Mahopac Wellness are intended to support relaxation, mindfulness, stress reduction, and overall well-being.

Services are not a substitute for medical care, mental health treatment, diagnosis, or licensed healthcare services.

No guarantees are made regarding outcomes, experiences, or results from any service, product, or event.

Clients are encouraged to consult a licensed healthcare professional regarding medical or psychological concerns.

All sessions are fully clothed and conducted within professional boundaries at all times.

Any inappropriate behavior, harassment, intoxication, boundary violations, or disrespectful conduct will result in immediate termination of the session or removal from an event without refund.

Mahopac Wellness reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for safety, professional, or boundary-related concerns.

Many products are handmade and may include natural variations in crystals, herbs, materials, colors, or appearance.

Products sold through Mahopac Wellness are intended for personal enjoyment and spiritual support only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

Please use candles, sprays, herbs, and other home products responsibly and according to any provided instructions.

Client information, intake forms, and personal details are kept confidential and used only for scheduling, communication, and service-related purposes.

Mahopac Wellness does not sell or share personal information with third parties unless required by law.

By booking a service, attending an event, purchasing a product, or participating in any offering through Mahopac Wellness, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these policies.
