A deeply immersive experience using crystal singing bowls to support relaxation, nervous system regulation, and energetic balance — combined with Reiki for a multi-sensory session unlike anything else.
Sound healing uses the vibrations of crystal singing bowls to create an environment that supports deep relaxation. The resonance of the bowls interacts with the body's own energy field, helping to slow the nervous system, quiet mental chatter, and create a sense of stillness that's difficult to reach on your own.
At Mahopac Wellness, sound healing is offered as an Immersive Reiki Sound Session — combining traditional Reiki energy work with crystal singing bowls for a more complete, multi-sensory experience.
Most people describe the experience as deeply calming — a kind of rest that feels different from sleep. The sound moves through the body, not just around it. Some people notice a gentle vibration, a sense of warmth, or a feeling of being held. Others simply drift into a meditative state and lose track of time.
You don't need to do anything. You don't need to focus, visualize, or try. You just receive.
Sound healing is especially well-suited for people who carry a lot of stress, have trouble quieting their mind, or feel like they can never fully relax. It's also a powerful complement to other wellness practices — many people find it deepens the effects of therapy, meditation, or bodywork.
No experience with meditation or energy work is needed. It's accessible to everyone.
Immersive Reiki Sound Sessions are available in-person in Mahopac, NY — serving clients from Carmel, Brewster, Putnam Valley, Cold Spring, Patterson, Kent, and throughout Putnam County and Westchester. Remote Reiki sessions are also available for those outside the area.
Sessions are 30 or 60 minutes, starting at $85. Available in-person in Mahopac, NY or remotely.
